01 · Tickets & admission
What does the Rong May Glass Bridge admission ticket include?
The standard ticket covers the glass elevator and access to the glass bridge areas included in your ticket. Adventure games, meals and optional services are charged separately. See the ticket price guide.
Do I need admission before trying the adventure activities?
Yes. The activities are inside the tourist area. Visitors need a Rong May Glass Bridge admission ticket first, then a separate ticket for each activity. Participation depends on safety requirements and operations on the day.
What are the adult and child ticket rules?
The published ticket guide lists adult admission for visitors over 140 cm, child admission for 100–140 cm, and free admission for children under 100 cm. Published gate prices are VND 500,000 for adults and VND 300,000 for children; reseller offers may differ. Always confirm current pricing before purchase.
How can I book Rong May Glass Bridge tickets?

02 · Adventure activities
Which adventure activities are available?
Listed activities include Speed Zipline, Extreme Swing, Rope Cycling/Sky Bike, Single Log Bridge and Cloud Walk Bridge. Individual activities may close temporarily because of weather, inspections or maintenance.
Where can I buy a Cloud Walk Bridge ticket?
Buy this ticket separately at the activity counter inside the tourist area. You must have an admission ticket to access the activity area.
How wide are the gaps on the wooden Cloud Walk Bridge?
The gaps between the wooden planks are approximately 40 cm. This is a high-altitude adventure activity; follow all staff instructions and safety-equipment requirements.
Can children take part in the adventure activities?
Each activity may have its own height, weight, age and health restrictions. Child admission eligibility does not automatically mean a child can join every activity. Check with the activity staff.
03 · Opening hours, weather & transport
What are the opening hours?
Typical tourist-area hours are 07:00–18:00 daily. Last admission and individual activity hours can differ, especially during adverse weather or maintenance. Confirm before a late visit.
What time is best for clear mountain views?
Early mornings can be misty, while roughly 10:00–16:00 often offers better visibility. Mountain weather changes quickly, so clear views cannot be guaranteed at any time.
What happens during rain, fog or strong winds?
The attraction or individual outdoor activities may be restricted or temporarily suspended for safety. Please check operational status before travelling rather than relying only on a weather forecast.
How do I get there from Sa Pa?
The tourist area is along O Quy Ho Pass on the Lai Chau side, approximately 15–20 km from central Sa Pa depending on your starting point. Taxi or private transport is convenient; allow extra time for winding mountain roads and weather.
04 · Safety & accessibility
Are wheelchairs allowed on the glass bridge?
Wheelchairs are not permitted on the glass surface. Some non-glass areas may be accessible, but steep slopes and many steps make wheelchair travel difficult and potentially unsafe. Please ask staff about access before visiting.
Can a guest with limited mobility sit at a viewpoint café?
A guest who can walk a short distance, or walk safely with assistance from companions, may be able to reach the café viewing area after purchasing admission. Accessibility must be assessed on site.
Is it suitable for visitors with a fear of heights or health concerns?
The transparent bridge and adventure games may be distressing for people with severe fear of heights. Visitors with cardiovascular, blood-pressure, pregnancy-related or mobility concerns should seek appropriate medical advice and ask staff about activity restrictions.
Do you provide drone photography?
No drone photography service is currently provided. Visitors bringing their own drones must obtain the required permissions in advance. Approval can take several days and is not guaranteed.
05 · Payments, QR tickets & changes
How will I receive my ticket?
After you book and complete payment as instructed, our ticket support team will confirm your order and provide an electronic ticket or QR code according to the ticket terms. Check the visit date, guest count and ticket details upon receipt.
Can international visitors pay by bank transfer?
Vietnamese domestic bank transfer may not suit international accounts. Contact support for available payment options. If an international card option is offered at checkout, choose that instead of domestic bank transfer.
Can I change my visit date?
Date changes depend on the ticket type, issue status and applicable deadlines. Review the Ticket Date Change Policy and contact support with your booking reference before changing plans.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Eligibility depends on the applicable terms and whether the ticket has been issued or used. Do not assume that every ticket is freely refundable. Read the Cancellation and Refund Policy or ask support to review your booking.
06 · Contact & troubleshooting
I did not receive a QR ticket or confirmation. What should I do?
Check your Spam/Promotions folder and confirm the email address provided. Then send your order reference or payment evidence to the website ticket team at ticket@vecaukinhrongmay.com or hotline/Zalo +84 969 15 8878.
How can I report a service issue or ask about attraction operations?
