Visit Date and Ticket Information Changes
Information for customers booking tickets at vecaukinhrongmay.com. Please read before completing your purchase.
1. Seven-day date-change window
You may request to move your visit to a date within seven days after the original visit date printed on your booking and E-ticket. For example, a ticket dated 10 November 2026 may be moved to a date from 10 through 17 November 2026, subject to availability and approval.
2. Eligibility requirements
The ticket must be unused, not redeemed at the entrance and still eligible for modification in the ticketing system. The new date must fall on a day when the attraction operates. Requests must be made before ticket use and are not effective until confirmed.
3. Correcting customer information
Customers may request corrections to names, email addresses or telephone numbers, subject to ticketing system and supplier rules. A correction does not automatically permit transfer to another ticket category or a different service.
4. How to request a change
Contact support with the order reference, E-ticket, original visit date and requested new date or corrected details. We will check eligibility and confirm the outcome. Do not rely on a requested change until you receive confirmation.
5. Price differences and charges
If an approved change creates a price difference or an applicable fee, we will inform you before proceeding. No undisclosed additional charge will be imposed.
6. Changes not automatically permitted
Ticket category, number of tickets, service package, included benefits and promotional eligibility cannot automatically be changed. We may ask the supplier to review exceptional requests, without guaranteeing approval.
7. When a change takes effect
A date or information change becomes valid only after our official confirmation and, where applicable, issuance of an updated E-ticket. The original booking remains applicable until then.
8. Example of the seven-day period
For an original visit date of 10 November 2026, the permitted new date is within 10–17 November 2026, inclusive, subject to an unused ticket, system eligibility, operating schedule and confirmation. This is a date-change window, not an automatic refund entitlement.
