Payment Policy
Information for customers booking tickets at vecaukinhrongmay.com. Please read before completing your purchase.
1. Available payment methods
Customers may use only the payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of booking. Depending on current configuration, these may include online card payments, bank transfers or other electronic methods. Never transfer money to an account that has not been verified through our official channels.
2. Payment process
Choose the ticket, date and quantity; review the final total; provide contact details; select an available payment method and complete the transaction. Keep the order reference and check the confirmation message.
3. Payment confirmation
Payment is considered successful only when the payment provider or our reconciliation process verifies receipt. A bank debit notification or payment screenshot alone does not guarantee that a ticket has been issued.
4. Failed or duplicate transactions
If your account has been debited but the booking is not confirmed, do not repeat the payment until the transaction has been checked. Provide the order reference, amount, transaction time and receipt to support. Duplicate payments will be reconciled and any eligible overpayment returned.
5. Prices, fees and security
The total payable amount is shown before confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange rates or processing charges. Never disclose your card PIN, OTP or password to anyone claiming to provide ticket support.
6. Bank transfer reference
For bank transfers, use the exact payment reference supplied at checkout. A receipt can assist reconciliation but does not replace confirmation that funds were received.
7. Underpayments and overpayments
Tickets are normally issued after the full amount has been received, unless otherwise agreed. Overpayments and duplicate transactions will be reviewed and the verified difference refunded through an appropriate channel.
8. Currency
Prices are quoted in Vietnamese dong (VND) unless otherwise clearly indicated. Any currency conversion and associated fees are determined by the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
