1. Introduction and scope
This website provides information and online reservations for Rong May Glass Bridge admission tickets. It is operated by Thinh Vuong Sa Pa One Member Company Limited. By placing an order, customers agree to the applicable ticket conditions and these terms.
2. Booking procedure
Select the ticket type, visit date and quantity; enter accurate contact details; review the price and ticket conditions before payment. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification and confirmation of ticket availability. An order submission alone does not constitute a valid admission ticket.
3. What your ticket includes
Only the services expressly stated on the product page and E-ticket are included. Adventure activities, food and beverages, transfers and other optional services are not automatically included. Some activities require a separate ticket purchased at the attraction.
4. E-ticket delivery and use
Tickets are delivered electronically, typically as an E-ticket or QR code, through the agreed contact channel. Check the details immediately upon receipt, keep the QR code confidential and present a valid ticket at the admission checkpoint.
5. Changes to dates and customer details
You may request a new visit date within seven days after the original visit date shown on the booking and E-ticket, provided the ticket has not been used and the change can be processed. Requests to correct customer details are subject to the ticketing system and supplier rules. Changes are effective only after written confirmation.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Where the attraction operates normally and the booked service can be provided, issued tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded merely because the customer changes plans. Service closures, inability to issue a valid ticket, duplicate payments and processing errors are reviewed separately in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Responsibilities and dispute resolution
Customers must provide accurate information and comply with the attraction’s safety instructions. We will process confirmed orders, protect personal information and provide reasonable support. Any dispute should first be addressed through direct discussion; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Eligibility and visit dates
Select the correct ticket category and date. Age, height or other eligibility requirements may apply; visitors may need supporting identification. Tickets are subject to the validity period and other conditions printed on the E-ticket.
9. Force majeure and operational changes
Opening hours and activities may change because of severe weather, safety risks, maintenance, technical failures or official instructions. Where a booked service cannot be provided, we will assess alternatives or eligible refunds according to the circumstances and applicable law.
10. Effective date and amendments
These terms apply from the date of publication. We may update them when required. The terms communicated and applicable at the time of a confirmed booking will be considered when resolving that transaction.
