Cancellation and Refund Policy
Information for customers booking tickets at vecaukinhrongmay.com. Please read before completing your purchase.
1. General principle
If Rong May Glass Bridge is operating normally and can provide the booked service, an issued ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded solely because the customer changes plans. Statutory consumer rights and the exceptional cases below remain applicable.
2. Non-refundable circumstances
A change of travel plans, failure to attend, late arrival or choosing not to use an available service does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. Where eligible, customers may instead request a visit-date change under the separate seven-day policy.
3. Cases considered for a refund
We will review cases where the attraction closes and the booked service cannot be provided; the supplier cancels without an acceptable alternative; payment is duplicated; a valid ticket cannot be issued after payment; or an error occurs in our booking or payment processing.
4. Weather and safety
Rain, mist, fog or limited visibility alone does not entitle a customer to a refund if the attraction remains open and provides the booked service. If operations stop for safety reasons and the service cannot be supplied, the case will be reviewed.
5. Changing dates instead of cancelling
If your plans change, you may request a new visit date within seven days after the date printed on the original booking and E-ticket, subject to eligibility. A date-change option is not a right to cancel for a refund.
6. Refund request procedure
Contact support with your order reference, E-ticket, payment evidence and the reason for the request. We will verify the facts and, where necessary, consult the supplier or payment provider. Approved refunds are returned using an appropriate payment channel.
7. Examples of non-refundable cases
Examples include a voluntary itinerary change, no-show, late arrival, a ticket already redeemed, and unfavourable weather while the attraction is operating normally. Any mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence.
8. Examples of potentially refundable cases
Examples include payment received but no valid ticket issued, closure preventing the booked service, supplier cancellation without a suitable alternative, duplicate payment, or a verified system or processing error.
9. Assessment and refund processing
Submit the booking reference, E-ticket and supporting documents. We will verify eligibility and notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated through the relevant payment channel; actual crediting time depends on the bank or payment provider.
