Ticket Verification and Confirmation Policy
Information for customers booking tickets at vecaukinhrongmay.com. Please read before completing your purchase.
1. Review before purchase
Before payment, customers can review ticket category, date, quantity, price, included services and applicable restrictions. Please verify all details carefully.
2. Verify your E-ticket
Immediately after delivery, compare the E-ticket with the booking confirmation, including visit date, ticket type, number of visitors and booking or QR reference.
3. Incorrect details or scanning problems
Provide the order reference, E-ticket and a description of the problem. We will check with the ticketing system and attraction operator and, where appropriate, arrange correction or replacement.
4. Scope of ticket benefits
The ticket covers only the services stated on the product page and E-ticket. Adventure activities and optional services are not automatically included; separate tickets may need to be purchased at the attraction.
5. Protecting your QR code
Keep your QR code private. If you suspect it has been exposed or used without permission, contact support promptly so we can investigate its status.
6. Operating conditions and service limits
An admission ticket does not automatically include adventure games, external transport, meals or other add-ons. Separate activities may have their own operating conditions, eligibility requirements and counter-purchase procedures.
7. Verification at the entrance
Present a valid QR code or E-ticket at the ticket checkpoint. If scanning fails, contact attraction staff and our support team with the booking reference. Do not assume that a screenshot of an unconfirmed order is a valid ticket.
8. Lost, exposed or misused tickets
A QR code may be valid for a single entry. Avoid public sharing. Replacement depends on whether the original ticket has been redeemed and on the ticket issuer’s rules.
