E-ticket Delivery Policy
Information for customers booking tickets at vecaukinhrongmay.com. Please read before completing your purchase.
1. Delivery method
Tickets are delivered electronically as an E-ticket, QR code or booking confirmation. Delivery is made to the email address or other agreed electronic contact channel; physical shipping is not required.
2. Conditions for issuing tickets
Ticket issuance is subject to successful payment verification, valid booking details and confirmation of availability. The expected delivery time is communicated through the product page, order confirmation or support channel.
3. Checking your ticket
Upon receipt, verify the ticket category, visit date, quantity, QR code and included services against your booking. Report any discrepancy before attempting to use the ticket.
4. If your ticket has not arrived
Check your inbox, spam folder and agreed messaging channel. If the notified delivery time has passed, contact support with your order reference so we can investigate.
5. Using and safeguarding the ticket
Present a valid E-ticket or QR code at the attraction according to the admission instructions. Do not publish or share the QR code with unauthorised persons. A ticket already redeemed cannot normally be used again.
6. Ticket issuance times
Issuance times depend on the product, visit date, payment status and supplier confirmation. Advance bookings may be issued closer to the visit date; the relevant expected timeframe will be communicated.
7. Delivery and confirmation channels
We may deliver E-tickets by email, WhatsApp or another electronic channel agreed with the customer. Ensure the supplied contact information is accurate and monitor spam folders.
8. Incorrect or missing tickets
If the ticket is late, cannot be accessed or shows an incorrect category, date, quantity or entitlement, contact support with the order reference before the visit. We will check the booking and coordinate corrections where permitted.
